General Shipping Terms

We ship internationally from Japan using tracked postal or courier services. Depending on the destination and product type, we may use Japan Post, EMS, airmail or another available carrier.

Shipping cost is based on the official carrier tariffs, parcel weight, size, destination country and available shipping method. You can check Japan Post rates here: Japan Post rate calculator.

Please note that the final parcel weight may depend on packaging materials, protective wrapping and consolidation of several items.

Tracking

Whenever possible, parcels are shipped with tracking. After shipment, we provide the tracking number so that the customer can monitor delivery.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the destination country, carrier, customs clearance, holidays, flight availability and other logistics factors. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customs and import duties

The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local fees in the destination country. Customs procedures may delay delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before payment. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Restricted items

Some goods cannot be shipped internationally or may require special documents. We may refuse or cancel orders for goods that are prohibited by postal, courier, customs or export rules.
