You can submit a link from any Japanese online store, marketplace or auction website, including Amazon Japan, Rakuten, Mercari, Yahoo Auctions and many others.

2. Receive a quotation

Our staff will review the request manually, check product availability, domestic shipping conditions and international delivery options. We do not use automated quotations or AI-generated estimates.

3. Make payment

After confirming all details, we will send payment instructions including product cost, service fee and estimated shipping expenses.

4. Purchase in Japan

Our Tokyo-based team purchases the item directly from the supplier or marketplace seller and performs a basic inspection before shipment.

5. International shipping

Orders are packed carefully and dispatched using the shipping method selected by the customer.

6. Delivery to your country

Tracking information is provided immediately after shipment.
